Strategy

This is where the underpinnings of your project are determined; the roadmap, so to speak. You may already be developing strategy based on your underlying mission--or, why you're doing something in the first place. If not, I can help you with that; your objectives can then strategically support your mission, giving your communications activities a much better shot at success.

Plans

With your communications plan, we'll determine the goals (these should tie up to your objectives), timeline, topics, content sources, channels, delivery vehicles or templates, messaging, materials, and any content.

Messaging

These are the key messages that should resound consistently in your communications. These will be determined by your goals and tie up to your highest level of purpose--your overall mission. Messaging can be used for communications materials, content, events, design.

Templates

Communications activities often comes with a lot of repeatable activities. That's where templates come in. I can help you with everything from forms, checklists, biographies, success stories, newsletters, event reports, annual reports, organizational charts, and flowcharts

Materials

Similar to content (but, not) are your communications materials. Remember communications are the bridge so you often may need emails (think e-campaigns, progress updates, training reminder packages, etc. depending on your content), FAQs, social plans, editorial calendars, executive messages, and more.
