Writing Tip: Writing when you don't feel like it

When you aren't feeling well, or are hurting or upset, it's easy to feel uninspired. My tip today is more of an encouragement to you to try to write, even in those times. It can be cathartic to get your feelings outside yourself in the form of words. Sometimes, because you are raw, it could also be some of your most inspirational content for others. Instead of believing you just aren't up to it, or want to wait until you're in a better place, just work from where you are. The depth of a new perspective might be different from how you'd typically express yourself---and might surprise you---but remember, that perspective is still a part of you too.
