How Employees are Feeling about their Careers in 2018

Recent trending in the news lately has shown an exodus of employees leaving their jobs to go elsewhere. CNN Money thinks it's, well, about the money. New information from Glassdoor suggests more than a third of employers will lose workers this year because of it. A close second reason suggested a lack of clear guidelines on how to advance.

Out of curiosity, I ran a week-long poll on Twitter to get an idea of how employees are feeling about their current careers. Here are the results from 294 respondents:
